Adam&Co. branded The Brynx with a unique style in order to appeal to the property’s target tenants, up and coming professionals in Boston’s Jamaica Plain neighborhood. To promote and capture tenant leads while the property was being developed, a landing page was designed with the same look and feel.

Responsibilities

• Worked with the Agency and platform representatives to flush out technical capabilities within the RENTCáfe platform
• Developed the front end of the landing page
• Coordinated with the Client’s IT department to configure the DNS

Build Details

• Developed the front end using SCSS, jQuery, and Gulp
• Utilized fullPage to present 100% viewport height sections as well as anchor link from section to section
• Made use of Malihu Custom Scrollbars, a jQuery plugin, to allow scrolling within sections so that content wouldn’t get cut off on smaller screens
