Sing with Kelvin
- Client: CenturyLink
- Role: Digital Producer
Details
As a company, sometimes you have to give back to your community of users, and that’s no different for internet and cable providers. The problem, people notoriously hate their internet providers even though they’re providing something great, something most of us can’t live without. The solution, change people’s opinion of CenturyLink by giving back while using the service they provide as a premise. We decided to hold a social-powered contest and build a microsite, all to highlighted the power of the internet. To help, we brought in Kelvin Jones, a UK singer/songwriter who became popular when someone posted one of his songs to Reddit, which was a tie into the campaign.
